A deposit (25%) on the price of the accommodation will be requested at the time of your reservation. The balance will be payable no later than 4 weeks before the start of the stay. In case of late booking, the full price of the stay is payable on booking. Our prices include the accommodation and the charges (water, electricity, heating). Our prices do not include the tourist tax to be paid on the day of the arrival, the extras, the cleaning of end of stay if you wish to take it to us.
Accommodation for a specified number of persons may under no circumstances be used by a larger number of people
* included in the rental price: sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels, cable TV, ski storage room with boot dryer, access to relaxation area, 1 parking space (indoor, exterior or municipal) per apartment, wifi access
* optional on reservation: end of stay cleaning (price depending on the apartment) and animal package (50 euros)
You can pick up the keys from 5 pm from 17:00 on the day of arrival.
A deposit of 500 euros will be required.
In case of late arrival, thank you to notify us before 6pm to find an arrangement
The accommodation (Residence Almes 1) must be vacated no later than 9:30 am, the morning of the day of departure. It must be made perfectly clean. The deposit will be returned after verification of the apartment by us, less the compensation for possible damages.
Modification / Cancellation of stay and additional services by the client
In case of cancellation or modification, you must notify us by mail with AR, the date of receipt determining the date of modification or cancellation.
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter with AR, the day of receipt determining the date of cancellation.
Any change in the date of stay will be considered as a cancellation and will be applied the cancellation fees mentioned below.
If you notify us more than 60 days before the beginning of your stay, we retain 100 euros cancellation fee, on the deposit paid.
If you notify us less than 60 days before the beginning of your stay, we retain the following benefits:
Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival: 25% of the total amount of your stay including ancillary services.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival: 50% of the total amount of your stay including ancillary services.
14 days to D-8 before your arrival: 75% of the total amount of the stay including ancillary services.
D-7 and no show on the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay including ancillary services.
No presentation at the place of stay:
If you do not show up at the place of your stay, we retain the following allowances: 100% of the total amount of the stay.
The residence will be able to cancel any reservation whose balance will not have been settled at 30 days of the arrival, no revival being carried out by our services. The amount deposited during the reservation can not be claimed
