From our residences in Tignes le Lac and Tignes Val Claret, discover the exceptional Espace Killy (or Tignes-Val d’Isère) ski area. It is without a doubt one of the most beautiful and best ski areas in Europe! From November to May, enjoy 300 km of slopes, suitable for all levels of skiers, spread over 3,680 hectares. On the Grande Motte glacier, you can enjoy the pleasure of skiing in October and even in summer!

The La Rosière residence opens the gates to the Espace San Bernardo. It is the only French-Italian international ski area in the Northern Alps. With 152 km of ski slopes, this area connects La Rosière to Italy. You can enjoy sun and snow as the slopes face both north and south. As an added bonus, take advantage of the panoramic view on each side.

From the Val Claret Suites you will quickly reach the Perce Neige cable car. You can then go to the foot of the Grande Motte glacier. At Roc Noir and Almes 1, you have direct access to ski schools from the residence. Finally at Cap Neige, the free Rosset chairlift is only 200 meters away.

After a day on the slopes, wander through the shops in search of some souvenirs. For food lovers, relax and recoup around a traditional Savoyard dish or a gourmet dinner. You can also enjoy a drink in one of the resort’s bars. All this, close to your residence.

Ski resorts to discover

Enjoy the ski resort in Tignes in summer and in winter. A well-established lively and sporty resort, composed of 4 villages.

Tignes Le Lac is located in the centre of the resort and accommodates two of our residences: Almes 1 and Cap Neige. It is the ideal place for ski and shopping enthusiasts. You will also enjoy its terraces where you can bask in the sun and its “Lagoon”. An aquatic and wellness area is accessible to the whole family. Val Claret is a little bit more festive, offering restaurants and night clubs open until the wee hours of the morning.

All year long, the resort organises many events and festive gatherings. Musical, sports or cultural event, relax with family or friends.

La Rosière ski restort will delight all snow sport lovers. Come get your fill of alpine skiing, nordic skiing and snowshoeing. It also offers several Snowzones (Snowpark, Snowcross, Boardercross and even a Snowkite spot) as well as footpaths. In summer, La Rosière offers many marked hiking trails. Enjoy a wide range of sports activities for all levels of experience and ages.

Luxury residences

Our charming residences offer apartments that can accommodate up to 20 people. Their warm decor mixes wood and mountain design. All apartments are very spacious and have a beautiful contemporary style. They are all fully equipped for your comfort (modern kitchen, comfortable rooms, flat screen TV, free wifi, etc.).

From the 2-person studio to the chalet apartment designed for groups of friends or large families, all our accommodations offer a wide range of services. Including a locker for skis, a private parking space and a launderette. The most upscale accommodations have a balneotherapy bath and a fireplace.

Some have a balcony with a mountain view. Take advantage of the peaks of Espace Killy, the valley or the slopes.

Each of our residences has a relaxation area. Come and relax in the steam room or sauna. Both will give you a relaxing and well-deserved break. Perfect for relaxing your muscles and eliminating the toxins produced by your day of activity.

At Roc Noir, you can also enjoy the 400 m2 aquatic area. It is composed of two heated pools, one of which is reserved for children. The fitness area is ideal for your warm up routine before hitting the slopes.

At Cap Neige, an indoor heated pool is available to guests in summer and in winter.
