The Company will make its best efforts to provide a response to the Client within three (3) weeks of receipt of the aforementioned letter.

In this case, the Company will inform the Customer in advance and in writing of any planned changes concerning the addition or replacement of other subcontractors. In the event of subcontracting, the Company undertakes to sign a written contract with each subcontractor requiring them to comply with the GDPR and all the obligations referred to in this article, it being specified that in the event of a subcontractor's failure to comply with its obligations regarding the protection of personal data, the Company remains fully liable to the Customer.

The Customer may audit or have audited the internal personal data protection measures implemented by the Company once a year at its own expense, in order to verify the Company's compliance with this article and the GDPR. Once destroyed, the Company shall provide written proof of the destruction of the personal data.
