The Alpapart Group – Tourist residences in Savoie
The Alpapart Group was founded in 2009 by Cécile Rochedieu, Christophe Degaches, and Olivier Zaragoza. Before co-founding the group, Cécile began her career as the manager of a home decor store, while Christophe and Olivier both come from families in the hospitality industry, which has shaped their vision and expertise in the tourism sector.
Based in the heart of the Alps, Alpapart has been working for over ten years in the design, construction, and management of high-end tourist accommodation, designed to showcase the mountains and offer exceptional stays in Savoie.

It was against this backdrop that the Alpapart Group was founded; its history began in 2009 with the acquisition of its first residence, Almes 1. Since then, the group has continued to grow with the opening of the residences Le Roc Noir, Sky La Rosière, Denali built in 2021, then Almes 2 purchased in 2022. In 2026, the Funiculaire Collection apartments, located in Tignes Claret, also joined the Alpapart family.
Today, 5 residences located in Tignes and La Rosière make up the Alpapart group, comprising a total of 120 apartments. Designed to meet the needs of guests who want to combine the independence of an apartment with the comfort and security of hotel-style service, Alpapart residences welcome families, groups of friends, and corporate groups in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
